These Terms and Conditions govern all services provided by Colleen W Notary Services. By booking any service, you agree to the terms outlined below.

 

Appointment Deposits and Payments Mobile Notary Services

 

A deposit is required to confirm all mobile notary appointments. The deposit secures your scheduled time and travel coordination.

 

Deposits are non-refundable under all circumstances, including cancellations, rescheduling, no-shows, incomplete documents, incorrect addresses, signer refusal, or refusal of service due to improper identification.

 

Clients may cancel or reschedule up to 24 hours before the scheduled appointment time. The deposit may be applied one time to a rescheduled appointment if notice is given at least 24 hours in advance.

 

Cancellations made less than 24 hours before the scheduled appointment time will result in forfeiture of the deposit.

 

Travel fees are earned once the notary is dispatched and are non-refundable.

 

The remaining balance is due at the time of service.

 

Courier Services and I-9 Employment Verification

 

Full payment is required at the time of booking.

 

Once a courier has been dispatched or documents have been picked up, payment is non-refundable.

 

If cancellation occurs prior to dispatch, a refund may be issued at the sole discretion of Colleen W Notary Services.

 

Identification Requirements

 

Signers must present valid, government-issued identification that complies with Tennessee notary law. If proper identification is not provided, the appointment will be terminated and applicable fees will remain due.

 

Limitation of Liability

 

Colleen W Notary Services is not responsible for document content, legality, or outcomes related to notarized documents. The notary’s role is limited to verifying identity and witnessing signatures in accordance with applicable law.

 

Governing Law

 

These Terms shall be governed by the laws of the State of Tennessee.
