Pricing is based on the options selected at booking (travel distance, signatures, after-hours, facility type). If anything is selected incorrectly or omitted, the total will be adjusted to match actual service conditions before completion.
Payment & Deposit Policy Summary
Mobile Notary Services
A deposit is required to confirm all mobile notary appointments. Deposits are non-refundable but may be applied once to a rescheduled appointment if at least 24 hours notice is given. Travel fees are non-refundable once dispatched. Remaining balance is due at time of service.
Clients must accurately select all applicable services and fees at the time of booking, including travel distance, number of notarial acts, after-hours appointments, and facility visits.
If any required fees are omitted or selected incorrectly, Colleen W Notary Services reserves the right to recalculate and update the total balance to reflect the correct service charges prior to confirmation or at the time of service.
Services will not be completed until the corrected balance has been paid in full.
Courier Services & I-9 Employment Verification
Full payment is required at booking. Once a courier has been dispatched or documents have been picked up, payment is non-refundable.
