Mobile Notary Services

A non-refundable deposit is required to confirm all mobile notary appointments.

Deposits secure your appointment time and travel scheduling. Deposits are non-refundable under all circumstances, including cancellations, rescheduling, no-shows, incomplete documents, incorrect addresses, signer refusal, or refusal of service due to improper identification.

Clients may cancel or reschedule up to 24 hours before the scheduled appointment time. The deposit will not be refunded but may be applied one time to a rescheduled appointment if notice is given at least 24 hours in advance.

Cancellations made less than 24 hours before the scheduled appointment time will result in forfeiture of the deposit.

Travel fees are earned once the notary is dispatched and are non-refundable. The remaining balance is due at the time of service.

Full payment is required at the time of booking. Once a courier has been dispatched or documents have been picked up, payment is non-refundable. If cancellation occurs before dispatch, a refund may be issued at the discretion of Colleen W Notary Services.
